READ BEFORE ORDER
1. Please check your email and phone in time,if product out of stock and delivery failed we will email or Phone call to you(Phone number is from China +86).The delivery failed parcel will keep in post 7 days,parcel should be picked up within 7 days,Otherwise the post will destroy the parcel.If Client not respond the PICK UP INFORM email and phone call in 7 days.
Flaxmaker will not responsible for any delivery failed parcel.
2. If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email HELP@FLAXMAKER.COM with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
3.Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
*Especially Express shipping,Express shipping have 10% Probability will be taken taxes and duties
If you reject to pay the taxes and duties,the destination country will destory the parcel,
If the parcel has been desotry due to Client reason, Flaxmaker would not take any responsibility of the parcel.
NO REFUND FOR DESTORY PARCEL.
4. Our warehouse is in China, Currently we have not set up overseas warehouses,So all return should send back to China.

Flax Maker is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns & exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, attached.
-Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
-Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners.
-Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
Return/exchange Process
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at help@flaxmaker.com to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: For refund:
We will process the refund after we received the return.
Please notice us the return tracking number once you ship the return parcel.
For Paypal user: You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next business days.
For credit card user:You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days.
